150 hours program
Prerequisites
To obtain a real estate broker license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 150 hours of instruction at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be a full-time real estate salespersons for at least the prior 3 years. A broker candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen.

- If two people register at the same time, both will obtain a 10% discount.
- If you bring a letter from a broker that is referring you have a 10% discount.
- If you are a Veteran you have a 15% discount.
- To obtain the discount, registrations must be made by phone or at the school directly.
